THINK LIKE A SHOWRUNNER.
The era of content marketing is over.
Welcome to the TV-ification of social media.
Viewing behavior has changed.
Social media is becoming television.
Founders are becoming leading characters.
Brands are becoming worlds.
Your audience doesn't need more content interrupting their feed. They need a reason to come back to yours.
Turn your ideas and expertise into a signature series that builds audience loyalty, strengthens authority, and creates consistent demand for your business.
You don’t need a massive audience or a production team. You need a clear premise and a reason for them to return.
We hate spam and will never sell your info or spam you.

A Digital Showrunner is a creator, founder, or business owner who applies the principles of television storytelling and programming to social media, building a brand people return to and a business that grows because of it.
Thinking like a showrunner doesn’t require a studio, a crew, expensive equipment, or a larger-than-life personality. It means developing a clear premise, a recognizable point of view, and repeatable formats, so you’re no longer reinventing your content every week and your audience knows why to come back.
You've built a business worth sharing. You've created content.
But every video shouldn't feel like starting from scratch...
Platforms are rolling out new features to give series more prominence.
The creators and businesses that thrive won't just publish more.
Digital Showrunner is designed for creators, founders, and expert-led brands who already have something to say and want to turn their ideas and expertise into a more recognizable, binge-worthy content property.
Best for creators, experts, and founder-led brands who are already publishing, already have expertise or an offer, and want to turn disconnected content into a recognizable media property.
Your Show Concept
Transform your business, ideas, and experience into a clear story your audience can recognize and follow (whether your channel is established or you’re building a new media arm around an existing business.)
Your Signature Character
Define the perspective, personality, and point of view that make your content unmistakably yours (without manufacturing a personality or oversharing.)
Your Story Engine
Develop the themes, tensions, and story structures that keep audiences invested over time (so you don’t have to reinvent your content every week.)
Your Story World
Build a recognizable world around your brand through recurring ideas, formats, visuals, and experiences. (This doesn’t require TV-level production. It requires intentional creative choices.)
Your Show Business Model
Create a path from viewer to customer through offers and experiences that naturally extend your story (without turning every episode into a sales pitch.)
Whether your show supports consulting, products, a membership, a book, a founder-led company, sponsorships, or IP of its own, we'll design the business role before we design the pilot.
NOTE: This is not a beginner course on filming, editing, finding your niche, or becoming a creator. It’s a show-development program for founders, creators, and business owners ready to turn their ideas and expertise into a recognizable series or show.

Before a television show becomes a season, it begins as a set of decisions. Who are we following? What do they want? What keeps getting in the way? What makes this a show?
Creators often reverse this process. You think video to video. You film, edit, and release one video. Then, several videos later, you try to figure out what holds them together.
Inside Digital Showrunner, we’ll follow the same basic progression as a production studio: development, production, and programming.
Phase One: Development
We’ll define or refine your show before rushing into production: its premise, leading character, viewer, story engine, format, world, and role in your business. If you’re starting from scratch, these decisions become the foundation of your Show Bible. If you already have a series, we’ll pressure-test what’s working, clarify what the show is becoming, and update or deepen your Show Bible. You will end the month with Your Minimum Viable Show, the smallest version of your show that still contains its essential DNA.
Phase Two: Production
We’ll develop the next proof of concept for your show: a "pilot", a representative episode, or a series of episodes.
You’ll move through planning, filming, editing, and refinement while also clarifying the path from your content to your business and how the show connects to your offers. You’ll also begin planning and shaping your season.
Phase Three: Programming
We’ll build the system around the show as you release episodes: refining how you package it, organize it on your channel, plan what comes next, and help viewers keep watching.
You’ll move beyond making individual videos and begin building a recognizable media property designed to deepen audience relationships and support the larger business around it.

Weekly Workshops + Q&As with Daryn
(live + on demand)
Each week, I’ll use my Executive Producer experience to break down a key step in developing, producing, and programming your show, with time for Q&A and discussion. Can't make it live? Every workshop will be recorded and added to the program so you can catch up or revisit the material anytime.
Worksheets + Show-Building Templates
Practical tools to help you turn each lesson into decisions, plans, and assets for your own show.
Production Meetings & Voice Rooms
Collaborative working sessions (as needed) and voice rooms where we’ll troubleshoot challenges, workshop ideas, and help you move through the development and production process without getting stuck.
Show-to-Business Strategy
We’ll define the role your show plays in your business — where it should lead viewers and how your content connects to your offers, authority, audience, and revenue.
Private Digital Showrunner Community
A dedicated space to share progress, ask questions, connect with other creators and founders, and continue the conversation between live sessions.
The Leading Character Story Kit
My personal storytelling toolkit for identifying the stories, experiences, tensions, and point of view that make you a compelling leading character.

You do not need to attend every live session to get the full curriculum.
The core lessons and materials will be available on demand after the live session, so you can move through the program on your own schedule and catch up if work, travel, or life gets in the way.
The live workshops, Q&As, and Production Meetings are there to help you apply the material to your own show, ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and get additional support.
The live format also gives me room to adapt the teaching to the cohort, answer questions in real time, and spend more time on the challenges that are coming up as you build your shows.
Think of the program as having two layers:
On-demand library gives you the framework, worksheets, and process to refer to on your own time.
Live experience give you coaching, conversation, and feedback.
This is not a 90-day content bootcamp. The program is deliberately spread across a quarter so you have time to develop, produce, and refine your show alongside your existing business.
Not at all. Becoming binge-worthy for TV screens is not about cinematic production. It's about structuring your content for the TV-like viewing every platform is rewarding now. It's about creating content your viewers emotionally invest in.
Thinking like a showrunner doesn’t require a studio, a crew, expensive equipment, or a larger-than-life personality. It means developing a clear premise, a recognizable point of view, and repeatable formats, so you’re no longer reinventing your content every week and your audience knows why to come back.
You can do that with a simple talking-head setup, a podcast-style format, a vlog, interviews, demonstrations, tutorials, or more cinematic storytelling.
Digital Showrunner is about the architecture of the bingeable show.
You will create like a creator, but learn to think like a showrunner.
